Did you know?

Capitol Cinema is still raising funds for digital projection equipment?  All of the Hollywood films shown at Capitol Cinema are still in 35mm format, with a “glorified stereo” sound.  All other film events (Fischgaard Short Film Project, South Dakota Film Festival, GlobalLens Film Festival, Manhattan Short Film Festival) are presented with borrowed or rented equipment.

Please consider helping us out with a tax-deductible contribution to acquire digital projection equipment.  Contact us at capitolcinema@nvc.net  for more information on how you can help.
